Terms of Service

King of California Distribution (doing business as King of Cali Wholesale), located at 5130 E La Palma Ave, Anaheim, CA 92807, operates this website as a business-to-business wholesale ordering platform. These Terms govern your use of the site and any order you place through it.

The site is for licensed retail businesses — not consumers. By registering you represent that you are at least 21 years old, are purchasing on behalf of a bona fide retail business, and hold all licenses required to purchase and resell the products you order (including a valid California seller's permit and, where applicable, a cigarette and tobacco products retailer license). Accounts are activated only after review and approval by our team. We may decline or revoke any account at our discretion.

Tobacco, nicotine, and related products are sold only to verified business buyers aged 21 or older, for resale in compliance with all federal, state, and local law — including the federal PACT Act and the California STAKE Act. You are responsible for lawful resale, including retail age verification at your store. We may require proof of licensure at any time and will refuse or cancel orders we believe violate the law.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are wholesale, may change without notice, and are confirmed at order acceptance. Obvious pricing or listing errors may be corrected and affected orders cancelled and refunded. Some products are sold by the case; quantities shown at checkout reflect the selling unit.

We accept card payment via Stripe at checkout, or Pay on Delivery (cash or check) where offered. Pay-on-Delivery balances are due in full at drop-off. We may suspend ordering on accounts with unpaid balances or failed payments.

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Damage, shortage, and return terms are described in our Refunds & Returns policy. Both are part of these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping the catalog, reselling access, submitting false business information, or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts engaged in misuse.

The site and catalog are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
